Brand New Stress-Busting Treatment Available in Helston

A brand new holistic treatment has just been launched at The Lowen Centre in Trengrouse Way. The ‘Sea of Tranquillity’ is a unique thirty minute treatment that aims to reduce stress, improve energy levels and leave the body and mind feeling balanced.

The treatment has been designed by experienced holistic therapists Julia Archer, who runs Archa Libra Holistic Therapies, and Jessica Sjoholm, who runs Tranquilla Rosa Complementary Therapies. Both therapists operate their businesses from the Lowen Centre and wanted to combine the benefits of several of their existing therapies to create a short yet powerful treatment that appeals to everyone. The ‘Sea of Tranquillity’ helps to open energy pathways, bring life back to the face and de-stress, energise and revitalise through a combination of hot stone massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and acupressure.

Julia, who specialises in pre- and post-natal therapies, said: “Clients get to experience several different therapies in this short treatment and from it gain maximum benefits. So far our clients are loving it!
