C Bay Spa Awarded Spa of the Year in the South West

Carbis Bay Hotel, Spa & Estate’s C Bay Spa has been awarded a Professional Beauty Regional Award for Spa of the Year: South West.

This is the second time the spa has been recognised, winning Residential Spa of the Year: 10 Rooms or Fewer in the 2016 national awards in February of this year.

The Professional Beauty Regional Awards took place in Manchester last Sunday 18th September, the winners of which are finalists at the 2017 National Awards in London.

C Bay Spa was one of four finalists from across Devon and Cornwall.

Entries are invited from spas, beauty or nail salons, employers and individuals who stand out from the crowd and deserve recognition as world-class players in the beauty and spa industry.

A panel of independent industry experts judged all the finalists before mystery clients put them all through their paces experiencing treatments and reporting back to the expert judges.

Carbis Bay’s C-Bay Spa was launched in 2013 and offers a range of therapies and treatments set within a calming atmosphere, enhancing the relaxation and wellbeing of guests.

The facilities, which are open year-round to both hotel guests and non-residents, include a bespoke hydrotherapy pool, sauna pod, outdoor heated swimming pool and relaxation lounge, all with stunning views of the privately owned Blue Flag beach.

There is even a treatment room above the beach on its own private balcony, part of the stylish Beach Club Restaurant and Spa complex which offers exclusive events with a unique relaxation hideaway for that special occasion.
