Companies invited to Business Show “Copy Clinic”

Copywriting agency Lungfish is inviting business people to bring questions to its ‘Copy Clinic’ at the Cornwall Business Show this Thursday.

The Lungfish team, who have provided aid to the likes of Oracle, Mitsubishi and the Cornwall Development Company, are poised to answer all kind of questions on writing for marketing and business.

Prospective ‘patients’ will be able to drop in for a checkup on stand 75, receive confidential advice on embarrassing marketing problems, or get a prescription if their writing is feeling a little limp.

Lungfish lead copywriter, David McGuire explained: “We’re putting on our white coats to help local businesses cure their sensitive issues — whether it’s an unsightly rash of email unsubscribes, or an irrational fear of apostrophes.

“People really shouldn’t feel embarrassed to ask us anything — web copy, newsletters, case studies, straplines… we’ve seen it all before.
