I am so pleased our hardworking team have been externally recognised for their passion to over deliver for their customers. Thanks to everyone who has sent us their congratulations. ”

The National Energy Efficiency & Retrofit Awards were launched in July 2015 following the changes in Government Energy Efficiency Policy. Previously known as the Green Deal & ECO Awards, these awards were set up in 2014 to help motivate the energy efficiency sector in their delivery of the Green Deal Finance Initiative and Energy Company Obligation Scheme.

The award ceremony took place on Friday 16th September at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham.

The Award judges had the following to say about Cornwall Solar Panels:

Cornwall Solar Panels ethos and their approach to dealing with energy consumers who have varied and often complex needs and levels of understanding, drew strong praise from the judges.

“Their application demonstrates real passion towards the Solar PV industry. Clear commitment to community projects”

“Their CRM system monitoring the customer journey demonstrates that they put customers at the heart of their business.”

“An outstanding social involvement statement demonstrates their commitment to assisting community projects locally where funding is always difficult to secure.”

The aim of the Energy Efficiency & Retrofit Awards is to provide public recognition for the excellent work the Energy Efficiency sector is doing in implementing these schemes. And to help encourage best practice within the Energy Industry as it works to improve UK housing stock.
