Cornwall-Based Currency Broker Wins National Awards for Second Year Running
TorFX, a Cornwall-based currency broker, took home two prestigious national awards for the second year running at the 2017 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.
As well as triumphing in their category of International Money Transfer Provider of the Year – seeing off stiff competition from companies like Transferwise, Transfermate, World First and HiFX – TorFX was presented with the accolade for overall Best Customer Service.
The Best Customer Service category included all companies from across 26 categories, including MBNA, LV, M&S Bank, Thomas Cook and Sainsburys.

The political shifts of 2016 created quite challenging conditions for currency transfer providers and their customers, so TorFX was particularly pleased that its customers were so impressed with the service they’d received over the past year.

This is a great start to the year for TorFX, who enjoyed a bumper award-winning 12 months in 2016 with a double win at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards and a triple win at the Cornwall Business Awards (picking up the awards for Customer Focus, Best Employer and Winner of Winners).
