Demand for Devon – Cornish staycation specialist expands into neighbouring county

As the demand for staycations in the West Country continues to grow, strong booking figures have prompted the expansion into Devon for one Cornish self-catering specialist.

Beach Retreats, which offers a collection of contemporary coastal properties, has now complimented its portfolio of 136 Cornish properties, with properties in the picturesque town of Lynton – and – Lynmouth in Devon.

The expansion introduces The Ocean View, The Harbour Terrace A and The Harbour Terrace B in Devon, highlighting the growing demand for exceptional self-catering properties located within walking distance of the sea with beautifully appointed interiors.

Located close to the coast and Exmoor National Park, Lynton and Lynmouth encapsulate the beauty of north Devon – renowned for high sea cliffs, natural beauty and unspoilt landscape.
