LOCAL SOFTWARE COMPANY CELEBRATES ITS 5TH BIRTHDAY.
Headforwards are an outsource software development company who are based at the Pool Innovation Centre, Cornwall and on the 19th May 2016 they will be celebrating their 5th birthday.
In 5 years they have grown from an idea of how to provide outsource development differently, to a team of 65 people.
To celebrate their birthday and continued growth they are holiding a day of celebration at the Pool Innovation Center. On the day they will be running one of their software squad events where local school children are given the opportunity to learn some coding from the experts.
There will also be some talks and presentations on the day followed by a birthday party for the whole Headforwards team and some special guests.
Headforwards are working on some pretty exciting projects with large global clients, creating complex and innovative software. They are proud to be able to offer so many skilled jobs to hard working people in Cornwall.
Director Toby Parkins said “We’ve been lucky due to lots of skilled people wanting to either remain living in Cornwall, or wishing to return or relocate to the area”
Headforwards don’t show any signs of slowing down either, and they expect to be providing another 50 jobs in the next 12 months. Having been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year award at the 2016 Cornwall Business Awards will definitely help with the task of recruiting for all these positions.
