New Menu for a Centuries Old Venue
New for 2016, Pendennis Castle, Falmouth is introducing an innovative menu, courtesy of well-known local caterers, Downright Delicious. The menu which includes tasty treats such as home-made egg and bacon pie and more exotic ideas such as chicken satay sticks with garlic and herb uses locally sourced ingredients and is designed to impress your guests.
The new menu has been introduced to enhance the offer for corporate clients booking this historic venue which features 3 meetings rooms in the Royal Artillery Barrack Block. Pendennis Castle is one of the finest of the fortresses built by Henry VIII to defend the country against invasion.
The castle has seen action in several conflicts and was one of the last royalist strongholds to fall during the English Civil War. Visitors can transport themselves back to Tudor times and right through the First and Second World Wars in a packed day out.
The venue combines a fantastic view of the 450 year old castle keep with modern facilities such as free Wifi, car parking and a bespoke service to make sure that your day goes smoothly.
