Real Training has Arrived Here in Cornwall
Cornwall based ‘In Safe Hands Training’ have now opened their new dynamic Emergency and Safety Training Centre in Indian Queens.
This nature of training facility is thought to be the very first of its kind in the UK and is the brain child of company director and armed forces veteran Tim Puffer.
Tim said “The new centre has really been ten years in the making, utilising our extensive experience of leading the way with the subjects we offer on both a regional and national stage”
“We are now able to bring high quality simulation training to all of our courses. We have created a learning environment that will reduce the reliance on classroom based learning to facilitate ‘a real trading experience’ as opposed to the more traditional approach”
“We know we learn by experience and this new approach aids recall and the ability to act when required”
Our training team all have operational experience in the emergency services and the military where simulation training is used extensively to great effect.”
Tim added “this is a very exciting time for our company and having held initial courses, the feedback has been exceptional, customers have really embraced what is being provided and remarked very positively on the impact their training has had”
