Alun Jones, commented: “I’m delighted to take up the position and look forward to continuing the great work already achieved by the current BID team and I look forward to working alongside all the business and the communities within Truro.”

Working closely with the rest of the team and reporting to a board of committee members comprised of business owners and public sector workers, Alun will be leading on the development of a much anticipated signage project for the city, which is due to begin installation in the early part of next year.

With the current 5 year funding for this BID term due to end in September 2017, Alun will also take the lead in the renewal campaign for a third BID term in the city.
