Local Nissan dealership West End Motors Bodmin has been awarded the prestigious Business and Fleet Centre status from Nissan after delivering a superior service for new car buyers in Cornwall.

West End Motors Nissan now joins just 63 business centres across the UK out of 220 Nissan dealerships. This new title for the popular motor trader means they can now offer a huge range of deals and services for business users and consumers across the South West.

Trading for well over 54 years, West End Motors is a name synonymous with the small Cornish market town of Bodmin and has recently expanded into a purpose-built 1.3 acre site on the outskirts of the town near ASDA.

Its large multi-franchise showroom has offered the latest new and used Nissans for over five years at this plush, state-of-the-art dealership and becoming a business centre for Cornwall was a natural progression for the family-run company.

Now able to specialise in contract hire, light commercial vehicles and electric vehicles for small or large business users, West End Motors has collated some of the best offers from the Nissan marque and can pass huge savings onto Cornish businesses.

Stepping into the role of business centre manager is fleet and electric vehicle specialist James Holder. James has worked as a sales executive with West End Motors since 2008 after joining the company from the motorcycle industry. In 2012 James progressed to electric vehicle specialist and has been instrumental in the introduction of the world’s bestselling EV, the Nissan LEAF, into Cornwall. Around that time, he also began to specialise in light commercials so becoming a Business and Fleet Centre Manager was an obvious next step for him.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses across Cornwall and the South West and I am honoured to be awarded the business centre manager role,” says James.
