Award Winning O&M
Independent renewable energy company Natural Generation has won an award for its operations and maintenance work.
The award was presented at the 11th Annual Cornwall Business Awards two weeks ago and is Natural Generation’s second year of winning.
Natural Generation’s MD Ivor Thomson was called forward to collect the award, presented by Reggae Reggae Sauce entrepreneur Levi Roots, for his work repositioning the renewable energy company in the face of a changing market.
“The volatile market has seen many SMEs call it a day and others close up and re-open under a different name. It’s seen the danger of price wars and the threat of installers using sub-standard kit, or unqualified staff to protect margins and potentially damaging the reputation of the industry in the process. Natural Generation, who currently look after over 174 turbines and over 100MW of renewable energy across the UK, including many utility scale solar farms, remain one of the country’s leading green energy companies.
